PAPATJA ships from the Netherlands to EU countries that are available in our webshop.

 

Shipping countries

We ship to the EU countries that are shown during checkout.

If your country is not available during checkout, we cannot ship your order to that country at this time.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the country your order is being sent to.

Once you enter your delivery address during checkout, the correct shipping costs will be shown automatically.

Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

 

Delivery time

Many PAPATJA bags are printed only after the order has been placed. This allows us to offer many different texts without producing large quantities in advance.

Because of this, delivery may take a little longer.

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The maximum delivery period is 30 days, often within 10 working days.

Delivery time may vary by country and transport company.

 

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

PAPATJA does not deliver to PO box addresses. Please always enter a full home address or business address.

If your order cannot be delivered because the address was entered incorrectly, extra costs for a new shipment may be charged to you.

 

Gift delivery

You can send a PAPATJA bag directly to someone else as a gift.

During checkout, enter the recipient’s name and address as the delivery address.

We do not include an invoice with prices in the package, unless stated otherwise.

If a personal message option is available during checkout, you can add a message for the recipient.

 

One bag or multiple bags

If you order one bag, your order may usually fit through the letterbox, depending on the delivery country and transport method.

If you order two or more bags, your order will usually be sent as a parcel.

 

Track and trace

Track and trace may not always be available.

If you have not received your order within 30 days after placing it, please contact us through the contact page. Always include your order number so we can help you faster.

 

Delays

If your order is delayed or cannot be delivered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery days and delivery times are determined by the transport company and may vary by country.
